GROUP BOOKINGS | 9 – 10 GUESTS

All parties of 9 or more are required to order our group menu. The nature of our food and culinary operations prevents us from accommodating groups unless they are on our group tasting menus. Our group menu has been specially curated by our executive chef to showcase some of Andalucia’s favourite dishes. All tapas on our group tasting menus are presented to the table as sharing dishes. Each guest must order from the same group menu, which is either £45 or £50 per person. 

Andalucia requires a £20 per-person deposit at the time of booking via BACs. Your deposit is redeemable against the minimum spend for the day. Group reservations of up to 10 can only have one date change or be reduced in size once for free, up to 72 hours before your reservation. If the date changes or if you need to reduce your party size, the deposit of £20 per person will be forfeited, and we are unable to transfer the person’s fee against the remaining tables’ final bill.

Please alert your server to any allergies or dietary requirements. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen or suppliers are 100% allergen-free. A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill. These terms and conditions are in place to protect our staff and enable us to continue operating as a small, independent business. SEMI-PRIVATE DINING | 11 – 20 GUESTS

We can assist you in organising the ideal event, whether you are hosting a birthday party, an intimate gathering, a business meeting to impress clients, or close friends who want to dine in private. Our semi-private dining area can accommodate up to 20 guests with flexible seating arrangements that can be adapted to your needs.

If you’re a group of 11 up to a maximum of 20 people, we can offer our semi-private dining, and this would allow exclusive use of this area for the evening. There is no room hire cost for our semi-private dining area; however, we do operate a minimum spend, booking deposit, and group menus in this area.

Each guest must order from the same group menu, which is either £45 or £50 per person. Our group menu has been specially curated by our executive chef to showcase some of Andalucia’s favourite dishes. All tapas on our group tasting menus are presented to the table as sharing dishes, so, unfortunately, we cannot make any substitutions or accommodate allergies. However, additional dishes from our tapas menu may be ordered at an additional cost. Dishes are subject to change due to seasonal availability.

Semi-Private Dining: Minimum Spend, Deposit, and T&Cs
Tuesday to Thursday evenings: £600 (excluding service charge).
Evenings on Friday and Saturday: £1,000 (excluding service charge).

All group bookings are secured via email at. If you wish to proceed with your booking, a booking fee of 50% of the minimum spend is required upon securing the reservation.
