About Andalucia

Originally opened by Granada-born Manuel Quirosa and wife Sue in 1986, Andalucia has since developed a reputation for the finest Spanish cuisine in the local area.

Situated in the small village of Ferring, West Sussex the recently renovated bar and restaurant provide the perfect setting to enjoy beautifully prepared tapas alongside a refreshing cocktail.

Following Manuel and Sue’s retirement in 2017, son and Head Chef Luis alongside brother Miguel took over the family business looking to build on the success of the previous 30 years but with a clear vision for the future of the restaurant.

Whether it’s an intimate meal or an evening of drinks with friends, Andalucia is a spectacular venue for all occasions

To satisfy high demand the restaurant underwent a major re-fit. Inspired by modern Andalusian architecture the stunning restaurant with increased capacity opened in late 2017, alongside a brand new, dedicated bar.

Cementing it’s position as the finest Spanish dining experience around, ‘Andalucia – Tapas & Wine Bar’ is now also an ideal place to relax and enjoy a few drinks.
